A no brainer?
As a champion of having a #diverseworkforce and what it can bring to an organisation. I was please to see the findings from Glasgow Caledonian University, clearly showing having an increase in gender #diversity at top has had a “positive and significant” effect on the financial performance of firms.
This won’t be surprising for many people and I would push this slightly further to say, having a diverse #leadership team from many backgrounds, colours and generations can give your business new #growth opportunities such as new markets, products and services.
Next time you sit at your board meeting, take a look around, hopefully you can sit back and say ‘yes’ we are there.
